All treatments are subject to availability.

We take the payment at the time of booking by credit/ debit card.

We understand that life gets busy sometimes that’s why we require only 4 hour cancellation notice if you can’t make it to the treatment.

In the event of a client behaving in an inappropriate, threatening or insulting way, the therapist has the right to stop the treatment immediately. In such an event, the full amount will be charged.

The therapist has the right to refuse to treat a client who behaves in an inappropriate, threatening or insulting way or has behaved in this fashion in the past.

Before going to Alicia I could hardly walk and had experienced back pain for the last 10 years, having had a discectomy it had relieved the pain to a certain degree but it was always there. Alicia went through all my medical history and started massaging my back and shoulders in Jan 2013- each week the pain would get less and less and after trying a few different techniques we found the one that has made my pain go away completely.
