During this massage I combine gentle, flowing, relaxing massage techniques with the use of Aromatherapy essential oils. This therapy works on two levels- you will benefit from the therapeutic effect of the oils, as well as the truly relaxing nature of the massage itself. With careful use, Aromatherapy is great during pregnancy, throughout labour and also in the months following the birth. During your pregnancy it can help with stretch marks, morning sickness, muscle and back pain, oedema, anxiety and stress and many more niggles of the pregnancy. It will help you connect with your baby and improve circulation.

I am very strict towards safety guidelines in the choice of the essential oils and their dilutions. I will take a full consultation at your first appointment to choose the best essential oils for you and create a unique treatment plan.
